INFORMATION FOR BAXTER HEALTH EMPLOYEES
If an inclement weather declaration is made, a text message to the emergency call list will be sent notifying the leadership team that the inclement weather policy is in effect and the inclement weather phone message at Baxter Health will be updated.

When the inclement weather policy is in effect, Employees will be classified as critical or non-critical. Critical employees are defined as those involved with direct inpatient care or support patient care areas and must report to work at the hospital as scheduled. Non-critical employees are defined as those not involved with direct inpatient care and will not, as a general rule, report to work. Clinics will need to check with their clinic manager for instructions.
