Meet Our Recruiter

Kalyn Hannaford brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as a Physician Recruiter at Baxter Health. She is a graduate of Chamberlain College of Nursing where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on the Executive Track. She earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from Missouri State University - West Plains. Kalyn has 14 years of nursing experience, including serving as the Director of Organizational Process Development and Director of the Orthopedic and Surgical Unit.

Her career as a director enabled her to gain invaluable insights into the inner workings of healthcare, emphasizing high-quality care and the importance of treating patients with compassion. This experience has been instrumental in her current role, where she recruits top-tier medical professionals to join the Baxter Health Healthcare System.

Kalyn is proud to call the Ozarks her home. She finds great joy in introducing physicians and their families to the vibrant community she cherishes, sharing the rich history and promising future of Baxter Health.

Outside of work, Kalyn enjoys quality time with her family. She is happily married to Kenny Hannaford, and together they have a beautiful daughter, Kenzie. They enjoy working on their family farm and traveling.
