About Alex

Dr. Kilgore, a Mountain Home native, completed his ophthalmology residency from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, where he also earned his Doctor of Medicine. Before his residency, Dr. Kilgore completed a transitional year internship at Unity Health in Searcy, Arkansas. His academic journey began with an Associate of Arts from Arkansas State University in Mountain Home, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway.
