About Jacob

Dr. Carter, an Arkansas native, originally obtained his undergraduate degree at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro and went on to complete his medical degree at the University of Arkansas College for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. Dr. Carter completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Tennessee Health and Sciences Center in Nashville. In addition to caring for his patients, Dr. Carter enjoys spending his free time fishing, exploring the Ozarks, and spending time with friends, family, and his dogs.
