About Natalie

Dr. Ostro completed a cardiothoracic surgery fellowship at NYU Langone Health in New York, New York, gaining expertise in various vascular conditions. She specializes in coronary artery bypass surgery, valve repair and replacement, and robotic thoracic surgery.

Dr. Ostro completed many elective rotations in various specialties including surgical oncology, thoracic oncology, trauma surgery, and thoracic surgery. Her extensive training includes an internship and residency in surgery at The Stanley J. Dudrick Department of Surgery at Saint Mary's Hospital in Waterbury, Connecticut. Dr. Ostro earned her Doctor of Medicine from Saint George's University in Grenada, West Indies, and her Bachelor of Science from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. 

Outside of caring for her patients, Dr. Ostro enjoys hiking, being outdoors, and spending time with her husband, Dimitry, their children, Roman and Mary Claire, and their two dogs.
