About This Location
The Baxter Health School-Based Clinic serves the students and staff of Gainesville and Bakersfield school districts in Missouri. Sally Hambelton, APRN, providers her expertise and compassionate care on a rotating schedule and is available in Gainesville on Mondays and Wednesdays and in Bakersfield on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Sally is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and brings an extensive background in family medicine to her new role. She attended Missouri State University and Southwest Baptist University and earned a master’s degree in nursing from Graceland University. Raised in Gainesville, Sally has deep-rooted connections to the communities she serves.
