Many certifications require two years of specialized nursing experience before applicants may sit for the examination. Applicants must demonstrate specialized knowledge and skills within the specialty field and remain up-to-date with the latest knowledge and skills through continuing education courses. Baxter Health is proud to offer RNs the opportunity to acquire board certification credentials within their areas of specialty.
