Baxter Health places a high priority on clinical learning and growth. RN Board certification demonstrates nurses' commitment to quality care within a specific field of nursing. Many certifications require two years of specialized nursing experience before applicants may sit for the examination. Applicants must demonstrate specialized knowledge and skills within the specialty field and remain up-to-date with the latest knowledge and skills through continuing education courses. Baxter Health is proud to offer RNs the opportunity to acquire board certification credentials within their areas of specialty.
This program provides eligible employees to use an allotted amount of funds for repayment of a portion of their outstanding qualifying educational loans. Employees must work in a full-time position (minimum of 60 hours per pay period) during the term of the loan repayment period. Contact Human Resources at (870) 508-1060 for further information.
Baxter Health offers additional educational assistance in the form of scholarships to accredited ADN, BSN, and MSN programs. If Baxter Health chooses to hire you or if you are already employed, you must work for Baxter Health for a minimum of 60 hours per pay period. For every $3,000 in scholarship money that is received, you will commit 6 months to Baxter Health. Please contact Human Resources at (870) 508-1060 for further information.
