The 10th annual Holiday Craft Sale hosted by Chatting Needles Support Group is still underway at the Peitz Cancer Support House, and this week all items are 50% off! Stop by the PCSH from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily through Friday, December 11 to shop handmade items made by Chatting Needles members.
Chatting Needles Support Group teaches cancer patients to knit and crochet and donates prayer shawls and lap robes to Hospice of the Ozarks, doctorsandrsquo; offices, and nursing homes in our area. Baby buntings are made and donated to the Women & Newborn Care Center. Preemie items are donated to the NICU at Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
100% of the money raised through the annual sale helps offset expenses involved in the Chatting Needles Support Group projects. For more information, call the PCSH at (870) 508-CARE (2273) or email PCSH Coordinator Melissa Hudson at mhudson@baxterregional.org.
