Beauty Balance classes are now being offered at the Peitz Cancer Support House and Schliemann Center for Women's Health Education thanks to a pair of BRMC summer interns.
Emma Gist has been interning at the four Community Health Education and Support Houses this summer and developed the Beauty Balance class to focus on the importance of stability and strength training for senior women. Makenna is an Arkansas State University-Jonesboro student majoring in kinesiology and has taken over the Beauty Balance Classes for Emma until she returns to school.
