BRMC Welcomes New Director of Marketing

Baxter Regional Medical Center is proud to welcome Tobias Pugsley as the new Director of Marketing.

A native of the Twin Lakes area, Tobias graduated from Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri, with a Bachelor of Science in Communications, major in Advertising/Public Relations and minor in Marketing. He is currently enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University, working towards a Master of Business Administration.

Tobias brings 10 years of focused marketing experience to our organization, having worked in Dallas, New York, and most recently at VisionAmp Marketing in Mountain Home, where he had served as Chief Marketing Officer since 2012. While at VisionAmp, Tobias was part of the team that expanded their core services beyond websites to include traditional and interactive marketing products and won multiple ADDY awards from the American Advertising Federation of Joplin and the American Advertising Federation of the Ozarks in 2016. Tobias also helped to create the BRMC Facebook page and the "Wash Your Hands" video that won an Arkansas Hospital Association Diamond Award in 2015.

He currently serves on the Mountain Home Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Arkansas State University-Mountain Home Web and Graphic Design Advisory Council, Mountain Home Public Schools Business Advisory Board, Strategic Council and Mentorship Program. He is a member of the American Advertising Federation, Evangel University Alumni Association, Razorback Foundation, North American Fishing Club and North Arkansas Fly Fishers.

Tobias lives in Gassville with his wife Danielle, a chemistry teacher at Mountain Home High School, and their three children.
