BRMC Welcomes William G. Silber, MD to Our Medical Staff

Baxter Regional Medical Center welcomes William G. Silber, MD, a board certified gastroenterologist, to our medical staff. Dr. William Silber is in practice at BRMC Gastroenterology & Advanced Imaging and is now accepting new patients.

Dr. Silber was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and studied biochemistry at the University of Ottawa before attending medical school at the University of Toronto. He completed an internal medicine internship and residency in Saint Raphael Hospital, a Yale hospital, in New Haven, Connecticut and a gastroenterology fellowship at Lahey Clinic and New England Deaconess Hospital, both Harvard hospitals, in Boston, Massachusetts. He is board certified in gastroenterology and has been practicing for more than 24 years.

Dr. Silber and his wife Shelley, a registered nurse who enjoys being outdoors with horses, have a 17-year-old daughter, Ariella. In his spare time, Dr. Silber enjoys spending time with his family, attending church activities, traveling, watching sports, and being outdoors on the water. We welcome the Silber family to BRMC and to our community.
