A local business owner donates his time and talent to keep the BRMC Mobile Mammography Unit (MMU) looking “cool” during the hot summer months. Mountain Home Charter Service owner Scott Lumbert recently began using his vehicle washing skills to keep our MMU clean for the patients who utilize it for their annual screening mammogram. When BRMC lost its former MMU washer, Scott willingly stepped up to the plate and offered to wash the large vehicle on a regular basis at no charge.

BRMC is honored to have a community filled with people like Scott who continually offer their support and resources, helping our hospital continue to provide quality healthcare to the patients we serve!
The BRMC MMU was the first in the United States to have 3-D digital mammography technology on board and travels throughout North Central Arkansas in order to provide mammography to an underserved population in outlying rural areas. For more information on hosting the MMU or for scheduling information, call 1(800) 485-1745. To find out when the MMU will be at a host location near you, visit our online events calendar.
