BRMC Welcomes Randy Hopper to Hospital Board

Baxter Regional Medical Center is proud to welcome Randy Hopper as the newest member of the Hospital Board of Directors. With a marine industry background spanning close to a half century, Randy is regularly recognized for raising the bar of excellence in fishing boat design, development, and production. He joined Ranger® Boats just after the company’s 1968 startup and went on to serve as plant manager, VP Manufacturing, VP Engineering, and President/CEO, growing the industry’s most legendary boat brands to even stronger positions of reputation and market share.
Today, Randy continues that legacy of leadership as CEO of Vexus® Boats in Flippin. His depth and understanding of the trailerable fishing boat industry brings a rare perspective to management, heavily reinforcing the company’s strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations through revolutionary product advancements including best-in-class performance, service, and support standards.
Randy’s diligence has led him through a successful career with many opportunities to serve on a variety of boards, including the American Boat & Yacht Council Technical Board, the National Marine Manufacturers Association Board of Directors, the Associated Industries of Arkansas Board. He has also been inducted into the Arkansas Outdoor Hall of Fame. Randy is proud to now be a part of the Baxter Regional Medical Center family.
Randy serves as a deacon and worship leader at First Baptist Church of Flippin. He and his wife, Brenda, have been married for 44 years. They have two daughters and sons-in-law, as well as six grandchildren.
