Baxter Regional Welcomes First Baby of 2019

It's a boy! The first baby of 2019 born at Baxter Regional Medical Center was Kellan Clements, son of Brendan and Samantha Clements. Kellan was born Tuesday, January 1, at 2:42 a.m., weighing 6 pounds, 13 ounces and measuring 19 1/4 inches. He was delivered by Dr. Corey Smith of Baxter Regional Comprehensive Women's Clinic.
