Baxter Regional Welcomes Witold Czerwinski, MD

Baxter Regional Medical Center welcomes psychiatrist Witold Czerwinski, MD, to our medical staff. Board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, he is joining Dr. Tom Foster in treating inpatients at Baxter Regional Adult Behavioral Health Center.

Dr. Czerwinski completed a general psychiatry residency at Louisiana State University Medical Center in Shreveport. He most recently practiced in geriatric psychiatry units of hospitals in Pocahontas and Newport, Arkansas, along with maintaining a private practice.

Dr. Czerwinski enjoys winter, watersports and riding his motorcycle. He is looking forward to exploring all that the Twin Lakes area has to offer.
