Baxter Regional Medical Center Announces New Structure of Leadership for Primary and Specialty Clinics
Dallas Weber named Director Specialty Clinics and joining Karman Nesbitt Director of Primary Care Clinics
Baxter Regional Medical Center is excited to announce the appointment of Dallas Weber as the new Director of Specialty Clinics. A new face to Baxter Regional, Dallas will be bringing a fresh mind to the management of specialty clinics.
Karman Nesbitt has been serving as Director of Baxter Regional’s Primary Clinics for 5 years and has worked in healthcare for over 20 years. Karman established the outlying Hometown Clinics and recently added the local Baxter Regional Health primary care clinics, as well as the Baxter Regional Crossroads Clinic in Harrison.

Karman has worked for Baxter Regional for 5 years and began her career as the Clinic Manager for the Hometown Clinic at Mountain View. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Capella University in 2017.
Dallas received his master’s degree in Health Administration from Montana State University Billings in 2012. His previous experience includes a position as the Chief Operating Officer for Therapeutic Radiologists in Kansas City, Missouri for over 4 years.
