Baxter Health to host public retirement reception for long-time distinguished leader Barney Larry

Baxter Health is pleased to invite the public, employees, volunteers, and medical staff to join us in celebrating and honoring Barney Larry in his retirement at a public reception on Thursday, December 15 from 3 to 5 p.m. at Baxter Health in the Lagerborg Dining Room.

Barney has been a cornerstone and leader of our organization for over 22 years as Executive Director of the Baxter Health Foundation and Baxter Health VP/Business Development. We invite you to join us as we recognize his hard work and dedication with a retirement celebration. Barney has played an integral part in the expansion of Baxter Health’s service area and has been at the forefront of Baxter Health’s exponential growth.

Through the efforts of the Baxter Health Foundation with Barney at the helm, the Foundation has been able to establish multiple scholarships for students looking to further their education in healthcare, provide several pieces of state-of-the-art medical equipment, and raise the bar when it comes to community health and awareness in 11 counties across North Central Arkansas and Southern Missouri.

This reception will feature light refreshments and an opportunity for colleagues, current and former alike, to mingle, share stories about their experiences with Barney throughout the years, and enjoy fellowship.
