Dr. Shayna Wood, Pediatrician, to move from Baxter Health Med-Peds Clinic to Baxter Health Family Clinic

December 30th, 2022 – Dr. Shayna Wood, a board certified pediatrician for Baxter Health, will be changing clinic locations from the Baxter Health Med-Peds Clinic located at #10 Medical Plaza in Mountain Home to the Baxter Health Family Clinic, joining Dr. Kam Lie, Dr. Mary Depper, and Phillippa Arnold, APRN, in practice.

A person of faith and the daughter of a pastor, she was raised in a small town where everyone looked after one another - in mind, body, and spirit. “I’ve always sort of felt like medicine is a ministry, and I think if you talk to a lot of physicians, they all feel like it’s a calling. That’s how I’ve always approached it, as well,” noted Dr. Wood.

Since moving her family to Mountain Home in 2021, Dr. Wood has found Baxter Health to be an enjoyable place to practice medicine, praising both hospital administration and employees for creating a one-of-a-kind environment.

Dr. Wood will begin seeing patients on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, at the Baxter Health Family Clinic, located at 899 Burnett Drive in Mountain Home.
