Family Practice Clinic and New Provider in Mammoth Spring join Baxter Health

Family Health Care, led by Tamra Ward, APRN, has joined Baxter Regional as a new Family Practice Clinic in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas.

Baxter Regional Medical Center announced on February 1, 2022, that Family Health Care, located at 350 Main Street #4 in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas, has joined the Baxter Health. Tamra Ward, APRN, the primary provider at the newly named Baxter Regional Family Health Care has joined Baxter Regional as well and will continue providing care to Mammoth Spring and the surrounding area. 

Tamra earned a Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri, before obtaining her Family Nurse Practitioner License. She is licensed to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner in both Arkansas and Missouri.
