Baxter Health is proud to announce the launch of its new Medical Assistant Residency Program – an educational program designed to provide aspiring Medical Assistants with a comprehensive learning experience that will help them jump-start their careers in the healthcare industry.

With no prior medical background required and no college degree necessary, the Medical Assistant Residency Program is the perfect opportunity for individuals who are looking to pursue or start a career in the ambulatory/ clinical setting and want to kick start their journey towards becoming Medical Assistants.
The Residency Program provides a paid, 3-week-long hands on learning program. Graduates of the program will receive a $1,000 bonus paid in the first week of employment and will qualify for a range of additional career benefits, including competitive compensation, medical, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, retirement plan, educational assistance, employee discounts, and more.
