Baxter Health Recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Healthcare in 2023

May 30, 2023 – Baxter Health has been selected as one of Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work in Healthcare for the third consecutive year. Modern Healthcare will publish a special supplement featuring a ranked list of all the winners along with the October 2, 2023, issue of Modern Healthcare magazine.

This award program identifies and recognizes outstanding employers in the healthcare industry nationwide. Modern Healthcare partners with Workforce Research Group on the assessment process, which includes an extensive employee survey worth approximately 75% of the overall program score. Baxter Health was one of two healthcare systems in Arkansas to be recognized.
