Baxter Health Welcomes Debra Wilhite, APRN, to Baxter Health Cardiovascular Clinic
Baxter Health is pleased to welcome Debra Wilhite, APRN, to Baxter Health Cardiovascular Clinic. She is a board-certified nurse practitioner practicing alongside Dr. Zaid Alirhayim, Dr. Michael Camp, Dr. Akihiro Kobayashi, Dr. Jamon Pruitt, Dr. Patrick Tobbia, Dr. Otis Warr, and nurse practitioners Denise Beeson and Leah Fountain.
Debra most recently practiced at Access Medical Group in Mountain Home, taking care of patients of all ages. Prior to this role she also practiced in family medicine, urgent care, orthopaedics, diabetic teaching, and more. Debra began her nursing career as a charge nurse in the ICU/Step Down unit at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Blytheville, Arkansas.
Debra earned her Master of Science in Nursing in 2003 from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baptist College of Health Science in Memphis, Tennessee, and her Associate of Science in Nursing from Mississippi County Community College in Blytheville, Arkansas.
Outside of caring for her patients, Debra enjoys camping, going on the lake, and spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and their dog, Callie. Her love for caring for her patients has been steady for over 35 years, with the last 25 years practicing as a nurse practitioner.
