Baxter Health Welcomes Hannah McCarthy, MD, to the Medical Staff

Baxter Health is pleased to welcome Hannah McCarthy, MD, to the medical staff. Dr. McCarthy is a family medicine physician in private practice at Regional Family Medicine’s East Branch Clinic.

Dr. McCarthy brings a comprehensive educational background and extensive hands-on experience in the field of family medicine. She completed her family medicine residency at CoxHealth in Springfield, MO, from 2020 to 2023. Most recently, she served as a hospitalist in Siloam Springs, AR. Her prior experience also includes working as a Clinical Allergy Specialist with United Allergy Services in Mountain Home, AR, and as a Research Assistant in the Biology Department at the University of Central Arkansas. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, after completing her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Central Arkansas.

Dr. McCarthy's comprehensive background and commitment to high-quality patient care make her an excellent addition to the Regional Family Medicine team. Her expertise will undoubtedly enhance the quality of care provided to our patients.

Outside of caring for her patients, Dr. McCarthy enjoys spending time with her loved ones, traveling, reading, and attending football games. She is married to her high-school sweetheart, Chaseton, who is the head football coach at Yellville-Summit. They have a five-year-old son, Brooks, who is the joy of their lives!
